Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund.

Free cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time and you get the full amount back.

Cancelling within 24 hours
If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, 50 percent of the price is charged.
By then a driver has been booked for your trip and has turned down other work for it.

If you do not come
If you do not come to the pickup and have not cancelled, the full price is charged.

Flight delays and cancellations
- We follow your flight. If it is late, the driver waits at no extra charge.
- If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you can. We move the transfer to your new flight or refund it in full.

Refunds
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
- Depending on your bank, the money reaches your account in 5 to 10 working days.
- You receive an email when the refund is sent.

Changing instead of cancelling
You can change the date, time or address up to 12 hours before pickup, if a driver is free. If the new trip costs more or less, we tell you the difference first.
