Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our fair cancellation policy for customers and drivers.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our drivers.

Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

This fee covers driver scheduling and vehicle reservation costs.

No-Show

If you do not show up for your transfer without prior cancellation, 100% of the transfer fee will be charged.

Flight Delays & Cancellations

We track all flights. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge.
If your flight is cancelled, contact us immediately. We will reschedule or provide a full refund.

How to Cancel

Please include your reservation code (VL-XXXXXX) in all cancellation requests.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

Modifications

Need to change your booking? Contact us at least 12 hours before your transfer. Changes to date, time, or destination are subject to availability and may incur price differences if the new route has a different rate.
