Privacy Policy

Which data we need for your transfer, who receives it and how you stay in control of it.

1. What we collect

To arrange your transfer we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your flight number and times, pickup and drop-off address or hotel, passengers, luggage, child seats and notes
  • Payment details, which you enter with our payment provider Stripe; we do not see your full card number
  • Messages you send us by form, email or WhatsApp
  • Technical data when you use the website, such as IP address, browser and the pages you visit, and cookies (see the cookie policy)

2. Why we use it

We use your data to:

  • Carry out your transfer: assign a driver, follow your flight and pick you up
  • Send your confirmation, reservation code and updates about your trip
  • Take payment and issue refunds
  • Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
  • Measure which of our adverts and pages bring bookings, and improve the website

3. Who receives it

We share your data only as far as needed with:

  • The driver assigned to your trip: your name, phone number, flight, pickup address and number of passengers
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Resend: sending our emails
  • Supabase: the database that stores bookings
  • Vercel: hosting of the website
  • Google: website and advert measurement, and the address search in the booking form
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram): measurement of our adverts
  • WhatsApp, if you write to us there

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the EU, for example in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Messages that did not lead to a booking are deleted after two years at the latest.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask which data we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Have wrong data corrected
  • Have your data deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it
  • Object to how we use your data and withdraw a consent you gave
  • Complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EU the authority of your country

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies for language, currency and booking, and for measuring our adverts with Google and Meta. The cookie policy explains each of them.
