Terms of Service

How booking, payment, the pickup and cancellation work with TORVIAN Transfer.

1. The service

TORVIAN Transfer arranges private transfers between Antalya Airport (AYT) and addresses on the Antalya coast. Each transfer is driven by a professional driver from our network. We handle the booking, the choice of driver and customer support.

2. Booking and payment

  • Prices are set in euros and are per car, not per person. You can view them in another currency; the amount charged is shown before you pay.
  • You pay the full amount by card when you book, or a deposit online and the rest in cash to the driver.
  • Your booking is confirmed when the payment or deposit has gone through. The confirmation and your reservation code are sent by email.

3. Car and passengers

  • Up to 6 passengers and 5 large suitcases per car, plus hand luggage.
  • Child seats are available on request for an extra charge, shown before you pay.
  • Please give us your correct flight number and arrival time so we can follow your flight.

4. Pickup and waiting

  • At the airport our greeter meets you at our desk 40, opposite the single arrivals exit; give your name and your car pulls up at the desk within minutes.
  • We follow your flight and adjust the pickup to early or late arrivals.
  • Waiting is free of charge and has no time limit, however late the flight lands.
  • For pickups at a hotel or address, the driver waits at the place and time you gave us.

5. Prices and extras

Extras such as child seats and the total price are calculated in the booking form and shown before you pay.

6. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours of pickup, 50 percent of the price is charged.
  • If you do not come and have not cancelled, the full price is charged.

7. Delays beyond our control

We plan every trip with time to spare, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or other events outside our control.

8. Changes

You can change the date, time or address up to 12 hours before pickup, if a driver is free. If the new trip has a different price, we tell you the difference before we confirm the change.
