KVKK Information Notice

Information under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data controller

TORVIAN Transfer, Yenigöl Mah. Lavanta Sk. No:22, 07200 Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye, is the data controller for the personal data processed under the KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.

2. Data we process

We process the following personal data:

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number
  • Travel data: flight, dates and times, pickup and drop-off address, passengers, luggage and notes
  • Transaction data: price paid, payment method and refunds; card details are processed by Stripe
  • Technical data: IP address, browser data and cookies

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed for these purposes:

  • Carrying out the transfer you booked (Article 5(2)(c), performance of a contract)
  • Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations (Article 5(2)(ç))
  • Answering your messages and improving our service (Article 5(2)(f), legitimate interest)
  • Measuring our adverts with cookies, where required with your explicit consent (Article 5(1))

4. Transfer and retention

Your data is shared with the driver assigned to your trip and with the providers we use for payment, email, data storage, hosting and advert measurement (Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Vercel, Google, Meta). Some of them are located abroad; these transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

5. Your rights (Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
  • Request correction of incomplete or wrong data, and deletion or destruction under Article 7
  • Object to a result against you that arises only from automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

6. How we collect it

Electronically, through the booking and contact forms on the website, by email, by WhatsApp and by phone.
